What Does The ETA Cost ?

All applications processed through this site are subject to a minimum Service Charge of AUD$16.00.

Payment is by credit card only. The cards accepted by this site are American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Mastercard and Visa.

There will be an entry on your credit card statement for AUD$16.00 for each ETA application processed by this site.

Please remember this AUD $16.00 charge on your credit card statement.

If you cancel the fee then your visa will also be revoked leaving you as a potential illegal alien in Australia and subject to possible charges and incarceration by the law.

The Service Charge is payable upon submission of validated application data and pressing the 'Submit' button. You are charged when the application goes through, this process is non-refundable. see NON REFUNDABLE CHARGE below for more info

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the charge does not guarantee that the application will be successful. It is in YOUR interest to make sure that the information you enter into the computer is true, correct and accurate. It is also your responsibility to make sure that there are no spelling mistakes.

NON REFUNDABLE CHARGE
The Service Charge is applied to recover the cost of running this service. Since both successful and unsuccessful applications are charged the same payment processing fee, plus administration expenses, all charges are non-refundable.
